- Service nature
All services provided are consultancy-based and include time, expertise, communication, analysis, and coordination efforts performed on behalf of the client from the moment of payment.
- No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to employment, job placement, interviews, or hiring decisions. Final decisions are made solely by third-party employers.
- Refund eligibility
Due to the nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional cases where:
No service activity has been initiated, and
A written cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
After this period, refunds are strictly not guaranteed.
- Work already performed
If any part of the service has been delivered (including CV review, outreach, communication, or coordination), the payment is considered fully earned and non-refundable.
- Processing timeline
Our recruitment and placement process is structured and may take up to 180 days, depending on market conditions, employer response times, and candidate profile suitability.
